Details :

• Semiautomatic Rotary Bottle Washing machine is compact highly efficient & elegant in look. It has many functional features as per GMP to wash containers of glass , Plastic or other material. The machine operators on the rotary principle with “Geneva Mechanism ” Water Saving Machine ) & require manual loading & unloading of bottles. Three operators ( Two for loading and One for Unloading ) are required to operate the machine bottle loading & unloading. The direction of rotations shall be clockwise when viewed from the top.
• The bottles are loaded on rotating platform where bottle are getting cleaned in a series of operations. The bottle holders i.e. nylon cups are specially designed to accommodate bottle with varying neck diameter & bottle diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in cups. The external cleaning of the bottles is done by spraying showered. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of timings & sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirements.
• Provided with four separate stations for inside wash & one station for out side wash. Provided with Two Stainless Steel Tanks 100 Liters & fitted with two monoblock pumps.
• The Driving mechanism shall be arranged at the bottom in an enclosed cabinet. All the contact parts shall be SS 304 only. All the SS parts shall be polished to matt finish and MS parts shall be duly painted.

• Semiautomatic Rotary Bottle Washing machine designed to wash and clean various size and shapes of bottles from 15 ml to 750 ml bottles. The rotary platform which carries the bottles, complete one revolution in one minutes. The water jets along with main body is all made of SS 304 material. A hood for covering the bottle and provided a continuous water spray fitted with top to wash the bottle outside.
• The machine is also provided with 2 Nos. monoblock pumps with 2 Nos. square Stainless Steel Tanks and one electric panel box. The direction of rotations shall be clockwise when viewed from the top.
• The driving mechanism shall be arranged at the bottom in an enclosed cabinet . All the contact parts shall be SS 304 quality. All the SS parts shall be polished to matt finish and MS parts/ structure shall be duly painted.
